cosmetic "work"

if what's going on is anything to go by then the Chinese cosmetic constructions we are witnessing is not the way to achieve a vision.lets make structures that last in this way we will reduce the need to do unneeded repairs.and one more thing i don't know what city hall is doing with kileleshwa side walks but i think they can do better.
