If you are an Airtel customer then like me you may have discovered they are trying to sign you to their 'skiza' tune through the back door. They send you a message claiming you are a lucky to be given the chance to use the tune for free for a week. They then prompt you to accept the free offer. The trick is, when you do, you will automatically be signing on to be charged for something you dont need at all after the free trial period.
It buffles me that Airtel Kenya has run out of ideas of making momey and now it has resorted to underhand dealing.One wonders then, how is it that AIRTEL is said to have been very succesful in India?
