living the dream

I haven't been around a lot,but the issues concerning the economy and by extension politics bother me a lot.I know you are concerned too, that not much is being done to relieve us the baden of a non performing economy.My question to fellow bloggers is,is the government doing enough to ensure we live a comfortable life?How much of vision 2030 is welfare oriented(the core of every human happiness).
